PRECOOKING

The frankfurters are pre-steamed in our oven.

PIECE
The size of each sausage can vary according to demand from 80 to 150 grams per piece.

INFORMATION

CASENTINO GREY Pork WURSTEL , are made by carefully selecting cuts of belly and shoulder meat.

Once the meats are chosen, they are seasoned with salt, pepper, herbs and mixed spices then ground twice with very fine grain.

The meats are then stuffed into natural casings about 3/4 cm in diameter and tied by hand. The frankfurters are then pre-steamed in our oven.

Once cooked in a pan, frankfurters are a very appetizing product that is characterized by unusual firmness and thinness.
